The company specialises in sourcing, warehousing and exporting major agricultural quality and premium produce cocoa seeds, cashew nut seeds, palm kernel nuts, sesame seeds, and soya beans. The company’s new name attests to its scope and a new focus as a global company providing and supplying needed resources to its numerous customers. As further evidence of the business’s impressive growth, the company moved to its 4-acre warehouse/office complex in 2021. A formidable force amongst its competitors and counterparts, Omsat, has and continues to maintain a strong working relationship with top agricultural exporters and importers within and outside the country. The company specialises in sourcing, warehousing and exporting major agricultural quality and premium produce cocoa seeds The business commenced in 1995 and was later formally registered as a business name, Omsat Business Ventures, in 2003. For over twenty years, Omsat Business Ventures continued to set the pace in farm produce sourcing, warehousing, and exporting. The business soon became one of the leading five companies in the sector in Ile-Ife City. The growth of the company warranted a legal and more corporate umbrella for it to continue its business. This led to the incorporation of Omsat Global Resources Limited in March 2016 under the Company and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 1990 (as amended). With its numerous customers, impressive warehouses in Ile-Ife City and Araromi Town in Osun State, and in Ogbomosho City in Oyo State, Omsat (as we are popularly known and called) is poised as the leading farm produce merchant in Ile-Ife City, Osun State and in Nigeria as a whole.
